Because personalised items are made specifically to your chosen details, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Please check spelling, font, thread colour, embroidery size and placement carefully before confirming your order. Once selected and confirmed, personalisation choices cannot be changed.
